How does it work?

Simply upload your product image, and our AI will:

1. Generate a UGC-style product review image using nanobanana AI
2. Transform that image into a dynamic video using Veo3 technology
3. Deliver both the image and video for you to download and use

The entire process takes 2-3 minutes.

What can I use the generated videos for?

Generated videos are perfect for:

Do I own the generated content?

Yes! You have full commercial rights to all videos and images generated through our platform. Use them however you like for your business.

How does the credit system work?

Our new credit system: 1 image costs 200 credits, videos cost 2,000-2,500 credits (depending on voice). Credits never expire, so you can use them at your own pace.

What are the pricing plans?

• Free: 1,000 credits for $0 (5 images to test the platform)
• Starter: 10,000 credits for $10 (50 images or 4 videos)
• Pro: 50,000 credits for $50 (250 images or 20 videos)
• Business: 120,000 credits for $120 (600 images or 48 videos)
• Enterprise: 250,000 credits for $250 (1,250 images or 100 videos)

Do credits expire?

No! Your credits never expire. Buy them once and use them whenever you need.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits. Once credits are used for generation, they cannot be refunded.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes! Our larger packages come with automatic discounts (10-25% off). For custom enterprise needs, please contact us.

What image formats do you accept?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 10MB.

What video formats do you provide?

Videos are provided in MP4 format, compatible with all major platforms and devices.

How long are the generated videos?

You can choose between 4, 6, or 8 seconds. Most users prefer 6 seconds for social media.

Can I add audio to my videos?

Yes! You can enable audio during generation. Audio adds natural ambient sound to make videos more engaging.

What resolution are the videos?

Videos are generated in HD quality (1080p), perfect for social media and advertising.

How long does generation take?

Most generations complete in 2-3 minutes. You'll receive real-time status updates during the process.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI-DSS compliant and trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your credit card information.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we'll send you a reset link via email.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Note that unused credits will be forfeited.

Do you store my uploaded images?

Uploaded images are temporarily stored during generation and automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated content is kept in your account for easy access.

What if my generation fails?

If a generation fails, credits are not deducted. You can retry at no cost. If you continue experiencing issues, contact our support team.
