UGC Generator is an AI-powered platform that allows users to:

• Upload product images
• Generate user-generated content (UGC) style images using AI
• Create videos from generated images
• Download and use the generated content for commercial purposes

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

• The Service operates on a credit-based system
• New users receive 1,000 free credits upon registration
• Image generation costs 200 credits per image
• Video generation costs 2,000-2,500 credits depending on features
• Credits never expire

4.2 Purchases

• All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Generate content that violates third-party rights
• Create deepfakes or misleading content of real people without consent
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to images you upload
• You grant us a license to process your uploads to provide the Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload and use all content you provide

6.2 Generated Content

• You own the generated images and videos created using the Service
• You have full commercial rights to use generated content
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws

6.3 Our Content

• The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• Content is generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use
• We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content
• Generated content should be clearly labeled as AI-generated when required by law

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notifications for material changes

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
